>Can I Get A Quote?
Here at ISI, we have a free evaluation service. All you need to do is send in your items to our shop where we will perform a thorough bench testing and evaluation of your part’s condition. We will then prepare a very detailed quote listing all of the recommended services to make the items 100%. You can then review the quote and pick and choose what services you want. The evaluation is totally free.
>What Happens To My Parts Once You Recieve Them?
When your parts arrive at our shop, they are carefully unpacked, photographed and issued a customer job number. They then get in line for the evaluation process.
>How Long Does It Take To Get A Quote?
We try very hard to have a typed quote prepared for you within 1 week of recieving your items.
>What Is Your Turn Around Time?
We are always busy with customer projects. Please call for current turn around times. Generally speaking, time frames are as follows:
Plastic Chrome Plating: 10-12 weeks
Gauge Clusters: 6-8 weeks
Radios: 2-4 weeks
Major Dash Services or total interior restoration: 2-6 months
>Do I Get My Original Parts Back ?
Yes! We do not work on a core exchange basis. The parts you send in are the very same parts you get back.
>Do You Offer Dealer or Wholesale Accounts?
Yes, We are the sub-contractor of choice to many famous restoration shops and service businesses. If you have a restoration shop or service business, please inquire for details.
